We went to the Preston Hollow Bike Mart location looking for a new bike for our 12 year old daughter who had outgrown her kid's bike.

Pete Kelly was amazing to work with. He was very knowledgeable and extremely patient with all of our questions (there were many!). Pete is a model for what customer service is all about and, as a result, we will be looking towards Pete and PHBM for all of our cycling needs!

Great selection, but most importantly very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Truth be told, there are some grey hairs coming out of my head but the staff talked me through buying a new BMX bike to relive my glory days in the 90s. Initially I bucked at their recommendation, but after a test drive I realized their initial assessment was spot on. If you are a busy person, this is a great place to buy a bike!

What made the difference was the customer service. We were looking for a bike for my son and knew the brand we wanted. We had just planned to go in and possibly purchase the bike. A typical salesman would have just checked us out but instead ours reached down to my son’s level and starting asking him questions and then took a good amount of time to show him everything the bike can do. How to work the gear, to tire information, adjustments and so forth. I appreciated the rep speaking to him to make sure he understood how it worked and to answer any questions he had. It gave my son a better sense of ownership and responsibility.
