Item in the delivery of my new RV.
Starting with Andrew who took me on a tour of your parking lot looking for the Brinkley I was looking for, and didn’t blink when I insisted the Tiffin class A really said Brinkley, Jessie who coordinated everyone, Kevin giving the RV tour, the parts gentleman who’s name I forgot, sorry, to Mike who gladly took my money, and last but not least PJ who set up the hitch I bright with me. It was truly a delight that multiple people made my delivery day so special. Thanks to everyone.

I liked the ladies that help prep it and showed us how all things worked! That was Patti and Shirley. Marie was right on it! After she had found out are trailer was there for almost 2 weeks. The salesman’s drop the ball as far as I can tell! He never asked if we had a brake for the Rv! We went to pick it up. Was showed how to hook up and everything, just assume we had a brake on are truck! So my husband and I thought the brake came with the hitch. The 3 ladies sold us wi fi and a brake! They did a very good job on handling all are problems! Thank you ladies! The gentleman that delivered it was also very nice

From our sales rep Jadon to Salina at the desk Chad and Maikel ( I’m not spelling that right) in service, Matt in parts, literally every single person is friendly knowledgeable and waiting to help! Made our day even with the small hic-up we were experiencing! What a GREAT TEAM.

Mike, in the service department was professional, friendly, and very helpful.
He also helped us out by being able to keep our fifth wheel on site while waiting for repairs. Otherwise we would had to drive it back and forth 3 hour drive. This act was very much appreciated.

Ed in parts was good to deal with.

I would have gave a 10. They took care of all my warranty issues very professionally and am very satisfied in all aspects of process except some of my roof seals were seperating. They repaired it under warranty. No problem, but when I brought it back in for a different problem they found that it (the same seals) seperated again. They warranted their work for 90 days and it was a month or two over. Asked if I wanted them to fix it with a fee. Of course I said no since its only a temporary repair. I still gave a high score because everthing else besides that was exceptional. Tonia my contact was great to work with with her updates and all.

Brenda and Daryl in the service department worked hand in hand to solve my 12-volt and solar issues. They charged a $244 diagnostics fee, but Daryl kept the RV until he found my issue, then didn't charge another dime to fix it.....Kudos, and Thanks to Brenda and Daryl.
