Service with a smile.

They over night the parts and had us back on the road the next day. I have never had a better experience with a company on warranty work ever. Our bedroom slide quit working and they replaced the motor on the right side of the slide and had us back on the road the next day.

Jeff in service really took care of me. I brought the RV in to be prepped for summer. When the job was done I noticed water under the kitchen sink. Jeff discovered a crack in the kitchen faucet and had the faucet replaced without charging me. I really appreciate him going out of his way to provide a great customer experience!

You had inventory to look at and compare. Chris is sales and Tom and Nathan on the special service side were largely responsible for purchasing from General RV.

The only criticism that I have is when it comes to the finance. The finance officer got visibly upset when I didn’t buy all the extras like warranty etc. However, I understand that is extremely profitable for store . And at the end of the day, I had a great experience .
