Being a proud owner of a 2019 Discovery LXE 44H which we purchased new and having it serviced and repaired all across the U.S.A. knowing the purchase is only the beginning of the adventure of owning a motorhome and finding and receiving quality services and repairs is just as important as the purchase. I have been fortunate to have been assigned several competent service advisors over the years but none as knowledgeable, professional and straightforward as our 1st and current advisor Sean Robey who recently took care of a KYC (keep you camping) issue successfully and I must say again Sean Robey is a huge credit and asset to the General RV Service Department of Dover, Florida!

The personalization! They take the time out to make sure everything is specific for you! They go through every little step of the RV with you to be sure you know how the functions work, what to do and what to expect, from underneath to ontop, you will know what you have, what to do with it and how to take care of it!
Great people and very helpful
The service rep Taylor was very helpful and explained the process. The tech working on my 5th wheel was very careful and did excellent work. Both went above and beyond.
Amanda is my service advisor and she is always pleasant to deal with and helpful in getting my problem resolved quickly.
General RV in Clarkston was finally able to resolve a serious warranty problem with the refrigerator in our new RV. The supplier of the defective product was not cooperative and delayed the process at every turn. But thanks to the persistence of Chris McDonald, David Mick and Taylor at General RV in Clarkston the refrigerator was finally replaced. We are now happy campers!

The service department did a quick job taking care of the leak in the water lines.
