Trek is always at the cutting edge. The Trek Roseville staff is always cheerful and willing to help.
I like the the service department and most of the products are good.However, a headlight I bought recently died within the first few weeks and the foot\nPedal clips, shoes didn't work well so that was a waste of money. But otherwise , I like the bikes , except for some of the new ones with the cables hidden are kind of a bummer , because you can't fix your own stuff when they break on the road.
