The carpet is 17 years old and is still in excellent condition but needed to be cleaned again. After zerorez cleaned it, it looked like new.

Very wet and took a long time to dry. Stairs did not come as clean as I had hoped. Worker was very nice and wore booties.
Zerorez's employee came and shampooed carpet looked great at the time and we left out of town after wards. Once back home this weekend we noticed there where spots where they did not shampoo such as the corner on right of our stairs and corner to side of our fireplace.
After coming back home this week we noticed more spots on carpet than before? Areas where it looked dirtier more so on edges!!!
Water and shampoo spots where left on our hardwood floor as well in entry way!!!
We did notice some difference in rug in one bedroom compared to how it looked before.
Not to happy with the turn out of the way the carpets looks after it being cleaned? Would be glad to provide photos if needed.
We also noticed that our outlet on the wall he used to plug in his equipment was blown out so now we have to deal with getting that fixed and hiring and electrician to come out and look into that! I know it was working great since I had vacuumed the areas he was going to shampoo prior to his arrival that day. This Saturday when using outlet is was not longer work.
Possibly redoing the shampooing by a different tech would be good or some type of reimbursement?

It’s great to have one company that will clean our carpets and our dryer vent. It’s so convenient to need only one appointment.
