Kind friendly service. Excellent work

I have had another area rug cleaned before from you, with better results. This time the edges of the rug are rippled. She said they would flatten out but they have not. The edges color is inconsistent and looks like in places it did not get sprayed or cleaned. The rug is not old less than a year, gets vacuumed every other day and has been in storage for the last two months. She did a fabulous job getting two spots from my cat off the carpet though!

We had our air ducts cleaned annd carpets cleaned. Technician was very friendly and answered all my questions. Was happy with services performed. Only thing that we had an issue with was a misunderstanding on pricing after adding services after original quote was given. Was very happy with how the office handled the situation. Would recommend to family and friends.

Got out stains

There is too much dirt underneath each Air vent. I wish you have a mechanism to keep the dust/dirt while cleaning the air duct. We had to clean the whole house still we ran into dust allergy. The people are great to work with except you need to make sure no dust is left behind.

The customer service was great but the carpets look the same. All the dirt and stains look the same from before they got cleaned.

The cleaning was great. The tech was very thorough and careful with our furniture and walls.
However he was 30 mins late and had difficulty with his truck. This caused him to finish this
job 2 hours late. I had an appointment that I missed due to this. Next time we need more punctuality. Integrity Financial Services.

We had a very good technician Nick, he did a wonderful job , was very nice and professional The carpets looked amazing. There was a stain from a previous tenant from coolaid that he got out easily.

The carpet as a whole looks great, But they Didn’t really work on the edges of my carpet very hard and it’s still dirt stained.

Very professional and considerate. He told us what he was preparing to do and then he did it. The results are excellent and I would recommend them locally.

Very responsive to fix an initial problem

I loved the service from the guy who actually came and cleaned the carpets. But from the company itself I was not happy. I asked if they still did the 3 rooms for $99 they said yes and then when the gentlemen was done he told me the total was going to be $30 more then what they initially said. I even asked for confirmation before hanging up when I scheduled the appointment on the phone and the lady assured me that my total would be $113 after taxes and I was being charged $145.

The professional and talented workers who clean the carpets are at the top of my list. The method of cleaning the carpets is equal to the workers - the best.

Carpets look pretty good but honestly I was expecting a better clean. Left a few entry way brown areas that look like weren’t even attempted to remove.

Also didn’t like how “spot cleaning” was an extra cost. With other companies that is expected as part of the clean.

I’d love for you to attempt at getting the entry ways cleaner. Thanks.

I used your service once before on a rug of 20 years. It was horrible but I didnt have the money to put down new carpet. So I told your lil guy just get it sanitized for my grandson. I didnt care of the spots.
He told me he would do his best. WOW! he stayed about 3 hours working on it. His boss came 2-3 times to check on him.
I was so pleased when he finished. The only thing was the red cool aid stain and it was hardly noticable. Yipee!
So when my RV flooded this winter I called on your service again. Again I was totally over whelmed with the way my baby blue carpet looked when he was finished with it. My bathroom was flooded when the shower had not been turned off. (pipes were frozen) So didnt notice it thawed out and started to run. It filled my holding tank and my shower stall and my bathroom. Sigh.......
I used towels to try and dab it up. But it was just to much. When it started to sower I new I had to do something. So I called you.
Your lil guy was very polite and professional. He said he wasnt sure he could get the dark stains out. I told him it was ok. Just to do the best he could. It was the bathroom I was mostly concerned about.
This kid went to work and in no time had finished. He asked if I wanted to go out and check it? I asked him if he was satisfied with how it turned out? He told me well yes. I said then that is good enough for me.
I care for my 93 yr mom and my 5 yr grandson so I didnt find the time to go out to the RV until bed time. I was shocked again at how well my "baby blue" carpet looked.

Was over charged Devon left vents closed that he cleaned stripped screws out on return vent cover never said anything , left all lights on in house kept front door open , carpet was wet all night had to sleep on couch cuz carpet was wet. Wasnt paying attention just trying to get job done won't hire again
