Great customer service and great ability to clean carpets contaminated with dog stains
Overall went great. Only drawback was that it took a solid 24 hours for our stairs to dry. This was after we kept the hvac at 75 all night, woke up to wet and even rented a fan to get them to dry faster and that seemed to do the trick. Technician estimated it should take about 6-8 hour to dry. It was triple that. Not a huge deal, just something that people should be aware of.

We have always been really pleased with Zerorez. We have just had carpets done before
and we had our vents cleaned out yesterday and were very happy with the technician.

Mostly I appreciate the service I received from Devon the man who has now cleaned my carpets twice for his kindness and respectful attitude towards me and his pride and knowledge in his job which tells me he is responsible and takes his job seriously. He also takes his time and does a through job.

Devlyn was polite and nice. So nothing against him. I had heard how great Zerorez is from lord radio. I thought it would be better then my regular carpet cleaner. There were several spots that weren’t clean. The back of my leather chair now has a puncture hole - small but none the less a hole. I had to move my own furniture. Usually the carpet cleaners move the furniture, clean then move it back with paper under the feet. I sprained my back moving furniture. That probably my biggest complaint. I will go back to the carpet cleaning company I have had for years.

Did a fantastic job! Was able to remove a large rust stain that previous cleaning companies could not.
Spots that I had tried to remove are gone.
The beige colored rug looks great. Operator used protective guards at corners so the hose did not leave marks. Operator was friendly and efficient.

I was very impressed with the services I received. This was the second time I’ve used Zerorez, for my carpets, and first time I’ve ever had my vents all cleaned out. The young man was incredibly polite, told me everything he would be doing, he even helped me move a couple pieces of furniture out of the way for the vents to be cleaned. As for the carpets, he did so much better than the last guy!! The carpets look brand new!! He even picked up all the clumps of carpet fibers that happened (unlike the last guy). I am so impressed, I will definitely call Zerorez again!!!
