The technical service leaves our carpets and upholstery clean, sanitized and no residue left behind. The customer service and personal attention to their customers needs is outstanding. We have been using Zerorez for years and we have referred them to others because of their commitment to customer satisfaction.

Great customer service and great ability to clean carpets contaminated with dog stains
Overall went great. Only drawback was that it took a solid 24 hours for our stairs to dry. This was after we kept the hvac at 75 all night, woke up to wet and even rented a fan to get them to dry faster and that seemed to do the trick. Technician estimated it should take about 6-8 hour to dry. It was triple that. Not a huge deal, just something that people should be aware of.
The technician his name is Cody who came to my house to clean my carpets. Was very professional and friendly, and courteous he went above and beyond and did a great job. I would definitely recommend zerorez again and would highly recommend Cody.
