The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable of the services he was performing. He cleaned the carpets throughout the new home I had just purchased as well as a couch and 2 wing back chairs. I was very pleased with the results and will call on Zerorez again when I am in need of carpet cleaning.

We appreciated the attitude and friendliness of the guys that cleaned our floors! We also liked how hard they worked and their dedication to do the best job they could do at our house. Since we moved our furniture back in place the floors have dried and we can truly see how good of a job they did in cleaning our floors. Love how my carpets are so clean and soft, without chemicals! Also, the technician was helpful, efficient and professional.
Jeremy, my technician, was very professional. He cleaned my 4 bedroom, livingroom, and hallway, very efficiently and spend no more than 2 hours. They carpets were dry with in 4-5 hours. They came out great. No chemicals, no smell. I was happy to see how clean they came out.
