The service rep was awesome and everything was great, until today. When the carpet dried all of the places where pet stains were and were gone yesterday are back and look worse. I paid 100.00 for topical treatment and thought it looked great until it dried. I dont know what I'm going to do now. :(
They have never disappointed me! I can always depend on such a good feeling after they’ve finished. The Zerorez servicemen have always been more than willing to inform me about the science behind the cleaning. And though this may not interest some people, I’m left with an educated explanation on why their method works. My clean, fresh-smelling rugs and ducts, the results speak for themselves - clean with no complaints! I’ve always trusted Zerorez services.

I could not believe how dirty my carpet really was and thanks to Zerorez my carpets are white again and looking almost brand new.
Everyone was great, my only complaint is that it seemed like the person who called me and left a message for me to confirm my appointment forgot to call and did as they were walking out of the office for the night. That almost turned me off from keeping my appointment, especially since this was my first time using the company.
Good thing the technician who came to clean my carpets was amazing and helped with all the questions I had and was very friendly.

I love that when I call I can get someone out to my house the same day or the very next! When I want to have my carpets cleaned I don’t want to wait several weeks. Very knowledgeable technicians, they always wear shoe covers and protect my corners. Definitely my carpet cleaning people!!
