The employees are always nice and professional.
What I like most is the service I receive from Zerorez. Always friendly and informative. I wanted to have a grout/tile cleaning and the man they sent was Devyn. He was very knowledgeable and in the end it turned out that it could not be done without possibly causing more damage to a floor already damaged by the previous owner. I greatly appreciated Devyns honesty and the time he took in explaining it all to me. Office staff is always friendly as well. Great prices!!
We are so pleased with our carpet and area rugs that Zerorez cleaned for us! They look and feel like brand new! Technician was very polite and professional and took time to answer our questions...I will definitely use them again!

Every time a new tech comes out I learn of another new charge for a service I had received before that I didn't get charged for. Feels like I'm starting to be nickeled and timed only they're not small amounts. I have used Zerorex for years, and now this.
