Our carpet had not been cleaned for a long time and was so bad we were seriously thinking of replacing it. We decided to try cleaning it first and if that didn’t work then we’d replace. Zerorez came in and cleaned it to the point that it looks new! We were amazed! I don’t think we need to replace it for a long time now! Thanks!

Quick and friendly
Called because my carpets and stairs were still dirty and what was on the carpet came out with a wet cloth. Zerorez sends out the same person who did a crappy job who spent 5 min cleaning 3 spots she missed. Was not happy and she didn’t do a good job at all. 1200 sq ft cleaned in 45 min isn’t very long! My carpets still look dirty!
