The vent cleaning was good, and the tech was great. We were surprised though, that cleaning of the debris around the outside of each vent was left to us. We would have thought it was part of the cleaning process. The tech did forewarn us that there would likely be dust and debris around each vent, but we thought it would have been part of the Zerorez process.

I received an email stating each room was $44 in July I had one room cleaned and A hallway 8’X3’was charged $99 and when I asked him to clean a fabric bench 24”X18” I was charged an additional $50 I feel it was too much for the work. He broke off a piece of veneer on the bench and told me about it. It was an easy fix. But while vacuuming the next day I discovered a piece of molding broken as well

The technician took his time and explained the work he did. My tile and grout look great. My carpet smells fresh and my rug looks brand new!
