The services was excellent.
The technician was so amazing. First off he was very professional i really liked his attire that he was dressed in, he was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. He made my concerns go away with the greatest of ease. My house no longer smells, and I plan to have my vents cleaned as well as other services. You guys are incredible I love it. Ty so much for sending him out he was early to and I appreciate that so much ^_^. He was very kind and respectful and I feel he has been one of the most amazing folks I have ever received customer service from ^_^.

It took over A-day and a 1/2 for carpets to dry I mean A-day and a 1/2 Before we could even put any furniture in the house We had 7 fans going all the time Our carpets were so we've never had an issue like this from you guys before I don't know what was going on with the guy's machine or he didn't take the time to suck up the water so I was very disappointed in the results There was such a couple areas where he spent a little bit more time on of high traffic areas and put special treatment down on them In a doesn't look any better now after dried You can see it when the Sun goes down on the carpet and it's not that kind of carpet that shows a lot of dirt
