I was very impressed with the work!!! He was on time and done in a timely matter. I live an hour out from Tri Cities so I’m very appreciative of Zerorez for coming all the way out to my house for the price they charge!

The vent cleaning was good, and the tech was great. We were surprised though, that cleaning of the debris around the outside of each vent was left to us. We would have thought it was part of the cleaning process. The tech did forewarn us that there would likely be dust and debris around each vent, but we thought it would have been part of the Zerorez process.

The technician was very pleasant and accommodating and got out even the toughest stains. It was very important to me that no soaps or chemicals were used as I have severe allergies.
