We were called when the technician was on his way and supplied his name and an expected time of arrival. He was pleasant and very competent. He was clear in his explanations of services we could expect, and explained options for some pet "spots" he discovered with his black light.
We are very pleased, once again, with the level of service we received.

The tech person Riley was on time and polite as well as thorough. I just figured that Zerorez
might have a policy of wearing protective gear for the tech's and mine. We just had a recent
service by the our exterminator and he had and mask on as did I.
But I we will be using the services again.
Don’t try and keep adding to the price!

The professional cleaner that cleaned my home was on time, Very knowable about the best way to clean my carpet and did a fantastic job explaining what needed to be done. The carpet came out looking like new. I would Highly recommend Zerorez to clean your carpets. I know I will be using them again in the Future.
The gal that did the cleaning was extremely nice and thorough. She arrived early which was nice. I was pleased with the cleaning.
My carpet looks reborn! It feels good on my bare feet. The guys were friendly and knowledgeable. My living room carpet is new but the bedroom is 7 years old and the cleaning brought it back to life. Great job, friendly service and on time. Thank you.

(Due to the current pandemic, perhaps it becomes a requirement for cleaners to wear masks? Mine showed up ready to work and I had to request they use masks- had they not had them, I’d have likely sent them away)
