The work was great, but was told bike ready in 2 weeks, but they'd text & email me. when i called on date promised, was told it would be another 1-2 weeks, but never heard from them and called and was told it was ready.

Great customer service; i’m actually a high caliber cyclist, but you wouldn’t know it by the way I am treated at most cycling stores. These guys are real people with a real interest in supporting cycling… Everybody is treated the same, with enthusiasm and interest, not like a rookie cyclist.
Courteous, friendly, helped me bring in my bike, answered my questions, helped me be informed on what I needed to be equipped to change a flat tire without being a pushy salesman.
