The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was very happy to find the bike I was looking for (Trek Dual Sport). This store was the ONLY store for miles that had this bike available. All other stores were back ordered till November. I will definitely recommend this store to my friends.

The turnaround time is great when I'm getting my bikes worked on, definitely much quicker than other local places. There's a wide selection of items with the option to order varying things if necessary.

Ashton did a great job helping us buy two Trek Verve 3 bikes. She was knowledgeable, cheerful and a delight to deal with. The website was accurate as to what was available before we went to the store. The bikes were ready for pick up far earlier than we expected. We are just now waiting for the weather to cooperate.

The service was superb!! Store was organized to serve shoppers for new bikes as well as those in for service on old bikes. All 3 individuals that helped me on the 3 occasions I came in were helpful, not pushy and all were very knowledgeable. They did only what was needed on my bike and I didn’t feel that they added on services that weren't needed.
