I've been very impressed with the service at the Trek store. Everyone was very helpful and even when I brought in a bike that wasn't a Trek, they were able to help me with my wife's bike.
I want to upgrade my bike soon and you know I'll be thinking Trek store in Highland Park.

Hands down, the BEST bicycle mechanics around, especially a shout out to the Duwaynes--both father and son. The shop has new owners and the interior has been reorganized and updated into a more light-filled, airy space. Still looks like the same repair area though. I drive 40 miles each way to have these mechanics take care of my bicycles. Really top notch work!
