We went into the Highland Park store. First off the people were all very friendly. Second they were up front about the lack of inventory and instead of just saying no we don't have it, they worked with us to show us what options they did have and the delivery times. Looked at bikes coming in etc. Fully understand getting products out of the manufacturers is difficult..Your team worked to find us a solution. They even called Zion for us so we could place the order. The bike was delivered as promised..There are tough times and your doing a great job.

Trek personnel are almost always extremely knowledgeable about their products, and able to find answers to questions when needed. They have guided my family toward great bike choices for four different riders and five different bikes to date. And service is always friendly, fairly priced and reasonably quick.
You have the best accessories
Had a mid ride flat. I needed quick and expert service. Got more than I expected. He pointed out some other mechanical issues that needed attention.

Every time I leave the shop I comment what a pleasure it is to have such a great bike shop so close to home. The people are great and treat you like a friend - who just happens to love biking too.

Amazing service that keeps the customer's best interest as #1 priority. This store actually talked me out of buying a bicycle that my daughter would have outgrown in 1-2 years, in exchange for ordering a new bicycle. I had made the mistake of ordering a bike without bringing my daughter in for measurement. Once the bike arrived, we went to pick it up. The store asked to see my daughter on the bike, and then advised that we buy a different bike (despite the special order).
They applied 100% of my purchase price towards the new bike. The store was very accommodating and took care of finding me a new bike that my daughter will enjoy longer. Great service!!!!
Well, for starters, I like that mechanic Jeff (he’s so handsome 🤫) such a hard worker that one! Jeff is definitely my favorite employee!
Service and availability of great product.
Taking on repair of some jogging stroller wheels is a small job, but they didn’t make me feel that way. My 3 year old son, who rides in the stroller, was very happy.
