Everyone at the store was courteous and helpful. The bike tech worked diligently to fix my bike, and others in the store helped me pick out the correct accessories for my bike. It was a very pleasant and rewarding experience from my first phone call to when I finally left the store.
Torsten is the only person who I trust working on my bike. He has kept my trail bike running great over the last couple of years and he built me the best DJ ever made.

Your customer service people greet me with a smile and ask how they can help. They have expertise and are able to answer my cycling questions. Your repair people also answer questions and try their best to get my bike back to me as soon as possible. I return to your store because of the excellence of your employees.
The man who helped me was very helpful. He fixed my acute need promptly (15 mins) and gave me a rough estimate of hte rest of the work that was needed.

Everything was quick and easy
With bikes being hard to find I found myself searching all over even different states. I called Trek HP on the phone and they were able to find one that was on order only a few months out. Picked up my Dual Sport 3 the other day and couldn’t be happier.
They did service to my Trek 6000 bike, the attention to details was awesome and the customer service was always courteous and very friendly.
Ordering a new bike there soon!
