I bought a Kuat 2-bike platform rack from Jacob. He provided excellent service. He was well informed about the pros and cons of this rack versus others. Once I made the decision to purchase, he had the assembled the rack ready for pick up at the specified time. He helped mount the rack and made sure I understood how everything worked. Thanks.
