I was searching for a specific product that I wanted to use the following day. A Google search of bike shops in the Chicago-Milwaukee-Madison area showed that only TrekHP had it in stock. I am not surprised because TrekHP tends to carry more products for the "prosumer" cyclist where other shops would need to special order such things.

Thanks so much for the quick response to my flat tire (I ran over a pothole) on a busy Saturday. You repaired the bike within an hour of when I brought it in. I appreciate everything you did for me!
I had a problem with my bike. I called to see when I could bring it in for inspection and repair. They took me as soon as I got there, within an hour of my call and was repaired while I waited. It took about fifteen minutes! You don’t get that kind of service these days!!
One on one service provided by the staff.
Took my front wheel in to have my front bearings inspected. They needed to replaced. They did it right away and within a half hour. Great job!
