Knowledge, and educated opinions
Torsten Eckstein help me get my Domanie SLR repaired after a bike incident cracked the frame. I suffered a fractured Clavicle. Torsten was very patient while helping me with the decision of whether to repair the frame, replace the frame or order a new bike. He researched all of the options with pricing to help me decide how to fix the bike.
Thanks to Torsten, my bike was ready to go before I was. A few weeks later, I was back on the bike (with a new frame) enjoying the end of the riding season. The bike feels great! I am very happy with the decision we made to replace the frame.
