Love the sales staff! I was greeted quickly and shown to the section of bikes I was looking at. I had a bike I had picked out online which you happen to have in stock. A sales representative came over and fitted me to the bike to make sure it was the correct bike for me. He was very knowledgeable and helped me with all of my accessories. The bike was instantly taken to the mechanic to have everything installed. You guys were so impressive that I plan on bringing a friend in next week so that she can get a bike as well. Thank you for everything!!
Love the store. Love the people who work there. Love their knowledge and their friendliness. Love the way they take care of my bike. Love the way they don't make fun of me for not knowing how to change a flat tire even though I've been riding for 17 years. Love that it's local.

I ride 10,000 miles annually and while I am not a category rider that can capitalize (or needs to) on having the latest technology under my seat to pick up that extra 1W - I ride my TREK bikes with full confidence that the bike is well-designed, well-made and worth every cent. We have used your Zion store twice recently and were very pleased with the staff. You were the only place that was able to order a Wahoo for us and get it within 3 days! Because we were so impressed one month later we called to see if you had a Verve - you did- and held it for us for a few hours until we could get there.
Bought a Tacx Neo 2T. Love it. But, it clearly had been assembled and used before. Not a huge deal, it's in good shape aside from the missing coupon for 1 month free of Zwift. But I feel like I should have been told or offered an unopened unit.
