We have used your Zion store twice recently and were very pleased with the staff. You were the only place that was able to order a Wahoo for us and get it within 3 days! Because we were so impressed one month later we called to see if you had a Verve - you did- and held it for us for a few hours until we could get there.
Bought a Tacx Neo 2T. Love it. But, it clearly had been assembled and used before. Not a huge deal, it's in good shape aside from the missing coupon for 1 month free of Zwift. But I feel like I should have been told or offered an unopened unit.
The product selection at the Trek Store of Highland Park is great. It has everything from bike locks to bikes. A fine selection of products to keep you glued to your saddle for hours on end. Enhancing every aspect of your ride from your comfort to speed. It's really a one-stop-shop for all levels of riders from road junkies to family rides. The service center really shows its experience and knowledge in the biking industry by providing valuable information on your bike and how to take your rides to the next level recommending awesome new products that really makes a difference. While also being professional and timely with tune-ups and check overs. This store has made a world's difference for me. From excellent products to the best customer service I would differently recommend this to friends and family.

I am very pleased with the service and expertise that I received with my last visit. I usually work on bikes myself, but the expertise of the staff really makes a difference. I had a noise coming from the rear of the bike. I wasn't sure if it was the derailleur or bad spoke. In literally seconds, the mechanic showed me a hairline crack in the wheel which was causing the noise. With the help of very experienced sales person, we chose the correct wheels that was best suited for my needs. Bikes have changed tremendously since my first Schwinn. That is why it is so important to have a staff that is very skilled and knowledgeable to make the right choices. When you get the bike that exceeds you expectations, the pleasure curve rises exponentially.

The person that checked in my bike did a quick evaluation before I left, so I already had a good sense not only what it would be required as part of the tuneup, but what may be needed in the next riding season. Also, when picking up the bike, the person that took my payment was also kind enough to load the bike into my SUV. Trek HP always seem to find a way to exceed expectations. Thanks again.

Your service department is second to none. All the mechanics are top notch. I am especially fond of Dwayne and his son Dwayne. I am not able to think of one negative comment about them.
How many bike shops are able and willing to immediately service a bike that has been brought in? None that I know of, plus your rates are quite reasonable.
I have not made any purchases as yet with Zion Cyclery under its new owners, but have always been satisfied with the knowledgeable sales associates and the attention given to me.

Great staff, good broad selection
Zion Cyclery has always been a force in NE Illinois cycling. From the BMX races in the late 70s / early 80s to Road, Gravel, Mountain and Fat biking in recent years. They stock the right gear, listen to their customers, have an open shop where customers can see first hand what the mechanics are doing with their bikes. The new owner seems be be picking up where the Daisy family left off and I'm excited for the future of our sport, the scene, and events. Zion Cyclery is the model that all shops should study to survive in this post-Amazon world.
Trek HP has a very intelligent and informative crew, and very helpful with whatever I need as a newer cyclist. They always take the time to answer my questions. They have a great selection of bikes and gear, considering COVID affecting the supply chain.

Outstanding customer service! Ordered a Wahoo Kickr. When they got it in, they installed a 10-speed cassette on it so I could use it with my bike. When it was ready, I brought in my bike and KC set it up in the store and paired it to Zwift on my laptop. Since I was new to the Kickr and Zwift, he explained a lot about the app and using it to ride. Afterwards, he showed me their training room and then I had some questions about possible getting a gravel bike. The amount of great information KC explained to me was awesomely informative. Could not be happier!
