Excellent service once again. I broke my front axle and called around, but no one had the part, so I went to Zion and they were able to locate something and fixed it on 5he spot. Another shop said it would go in their queue and that was three weeks. Zion is the best.

I enjoyed speaking to one of the workers over the phone and receiving help. They were very detailed and friendly! Further, when I visited the store the staff were friendly and answered all my questions. The store was clean, inviting, and I enjoyed my experience at Trek! I wish I lived closer to the store because I would go there and recommend it to my friends more.

Great service, friendly with detailed explanations/advice. And turnaround repair time was within a day for a tube/tire installation and bike check-in the spring when most people have service done. Great experience
