As a organization, Mainstreet has the best residential real estate contract in the Chicago
area. While we are still learning about the "new rules", Mainstreet seems to be a leader
compared to other boards.

Your billing is misleading as it has been for decades. Your software is not up to modern standards. The lawsuit that was lost does not sit well with many in the community and raises questions.

The billing process needs improvement! Transparency is the key! Please stop bundling the RPAC fee in the dues invoice and expect us to get very witty and work around about removing that fee if we don’t want to pay it to support RPAC.
Instead of automatically adding the RPAC fee to the invoice, offer it as an add on option at check out when members go to pay their bills! That will make many realtors happy.
On the whole, they're very good. They offer some great classes. The staff is very nice and knowledgeable.
I really wish I didn’t have to have a membership with you, I see no value other than when I have to take CE classes but then I have to pay again.

I began to truly understand your value when I opened my brokerage in 2014. There was so much I didn’t know yet I was always responded to with dignity and respect. Communication with Main St personnel is always timely and helpful. You go above and beyond to help DR’s succeed through informative newsletters, quarterly broker forums, most excellent broker management CE and monthly meeting notes with slides. Your leadership in helping us navigate the changes last year from the preparation in keeping us informed before the changes began, while the changes occurred and proving updated documents was simply amazing. I’ve had memberships in four local boards. All have been an asset to our brokerage but Main St will continue to be our primary because of the resources you provide and the people who so freely offer their expertise. Love you folks!!
