forced me to pay $20 donation to crooks
-Lower the yearly cost. Its too much for most agents and driving them to other sources. 90% of agents that I talk to never have the time to take advantage of all the little gimmicks that come with the added cost.
-Update/hire people to make the iPhone app WAY more user friendly. It was better how it used to be. This new update is awful- borderline unusable.

Well first off you guys are always available when I need help, so appreciated in a world where they put you on hold forever and always friendly
I tried to pay my bill today and it was very intuitive on how to do that...maybe write the 3 steps right on the invoice page.
Also, I tried to find a copy of the "Escalation" form in your "Search" bar, but came up empty until I finally wrote "Intent to Escalate". I wish there were just lists of all forms.
I never got notice about a payment due and I do not like the new website or the changes made to the MLS

Becoming confusing to go to web. So many screen to click and view. I dont always stay for more than 1 mnute to surf at the web. This is like how many times a year the main screen has always changed.
I like that everything is in one place. I do think however it was easier to navigate the old format. But like all change you have to get used to it first.

The staff is very knowledgeable and willing to help members navigate through whatever questions they may have. Mainstreet's robust website if full of easy to navigate information and helpful links providing members with upcoming events, educational offerings and association news.
