Immediately stop the use of PLN. For whatever reasons they invented this, it does not achieve anything but eliminating the purpose of sharing in the MLS. It allows many agents (with their franchises direction) to block all other agents from having a bonafide opportunity to sell the listing to their buyers. 1 Agent is not better than having the 36,000 agents of our MLS selling a listing. Consumers are lied to about this and it certainly is not beneficial to the sellers. A few months ago, MRED rep told me that PLN listings sell quicker. What a moronic statement. New listings will sell quicker in the market of the past few years anyway. With every agent having a chance to sell a listing, maybe consumers shoudl be informed that they could have had multiple offers and a bidding war... INSTEAD OF JUST LETTING THE PLN AGENT SELL TO A BUYER OF THEIRS. OF COURSE THIS MEANS THE LISTING AGENT BENEFITS AND GETS BOTH SIDES OF THE COMMISSION FROM AN UNSUSPECTING SELLER.

I switched from 3 rivers to Mainstreet during all the change due to mainstreet being more up to date. but WE NEED BROKER CLASSES!!! Why is there never CE for MAnaging Brokers?
