to add in the investment or donation and to have to go in a remove it is like tricking people to pay. It's very deceiving. I don't like all these "other" fees. I don't know what that's about. It was very unclear on how about the past fees. Now i have to pay a 30 dollar late fee and more processing fees on top of that. Don't you make enough money? Seriously, such a scam. Also, i do not see that i paid on Dec. 6th. An entire month later and it's not posted. Why is that?? The charge is on my Discover statement??? Why wait an entire month to post it on my account?? I have not made any money in 2 years with Real Estate but I'm being nickeled and dimed to death. Hope you are all happy because I'm not. Also, I called customer service 3 hours ago and I'm waiting for a call back and nobody has gotten back to me yet. So customer service is horrible. But you got my money and that's all that matters...

I have belonged to Mainstreet REALTORS since 2004!! I will be retiring someday soon, but I loved all the training they provided. Every Trainer I met was so easy to learn from and I hope Mainstreet Realtors flourishes on in the future!
As a new agent to spend as much money as I’ve had to within 6 months is ludicrous. Just paid 760$ for 2026. Got license 5/25. Paid almost 1300$ than 290$ gotta pay 400$ for post licensing class by apr 2026. 150$ for actual license. It seems to be a money grab. I’m learning from managing broker and other agents and the internet. Not Mainstreet, plus haven’t closed on anything and can’t afford classes. So I’m not gonna give up but not impressed. Hopefully my journey will improve. I know it will because I’m paying for it. lol!
Staff is helpful and the organization has a lot to offer.
Because yall wait to the end of the year to take fees … that’s literally so inconvenience. When I had the money all year . and now yall are cutting into my Christmas gift money. And I still don’t see the benefit of this like what are we even paying for. So I would appreciate being able to pay my fire at any point during the year when I may feel like it.

Deeply disappointed with staff and the attitude! And Deeply disappointed charging so much life fees for annual dues! Not to mention, I had signed for automatic payment but still didnt charge my card claiming that was large amount! Which defeats the purpose of automatic payments!!! I am really unhappy

Clarification as to the necessary fees/dues that are owed. It seems as if a voluntary charge is rolled into the actual amount that is due. Also, it would be great if the dues were owed in April and August when Realtors are generating more income. The fees hit so close together and near the holidays.
I started a chat before the end of the day and someone typed we will be right with you and then it disconnected before 5PM. Very frustrating.

The education opportunities
I just don't know who does what with all the fees we pay. I know they have gone up a lot since I started and I'm not sure what the options are. I'm not disappointed, I just feel like everyone we pay thinks sending us a bunch of emails is a value for what we pay. I do not agree. I also don't like the R Voice and similar fees that are mandatory, I'm not sure how that got in there.
Association is very supportive. Accessible for any questions or concerns. Great Topics for Training. Great Events. Well run Association.
