I’ve been paying into Main Street for over 30 years and in that time you should’ve filed a lawsuit against realtor.com for stealing our reputation that we all pay handsomely for. They are financially monopolizing and benefiting with our name. That should be stopped.
You have great staff that can answer all my questions in a timely manner. Everyone is very knowledgeable and professional!
I was never set-up for a new member orientation. When we had visitors at KW and I asked about it the answer was very vague and not follow-up was ever done. I would like to be oriented so I know what Mainstreet has to offer and what i can contribute as a paying member.
You all are always helpful & informative.

Lack of leadership.
I believe that Main street organization of Realtors benefits mostly top producing agents but not Realtors in general. For instance, why top producing Realtors pay the same on fees? Just like you pay more on taxes if you make more money or consume more of a service, the fees should be calculated based in produccion level and not one size fits all.
For many Realtors is difficult to stay in business, not so much because of competition but because of the amount of fees coming from everywhere.
That needs to change so that there is a fair opportunity for everyone. I believe this world needs real leaders.
I have never had trouble getting answers to my questions. Makes the experience very nice!

I don't think that the website is user friendly and you need to take training in order to figure out how it works. For the price we pay to use it I think it could be much better.
The office staff is always helpful and friendly. The senior services committee is filled with realtors willing to help each other and to educate other realtors so all can better serve the growing senior market.

You sent out an invoice on 9/1/2026 for a payment that is due 9/24/2026, then proceeded to blow up my email and phone every day and also the brokerage received unpaid alerts. I pay on time and have no fines or penalties, and this kind of harassment is stupid. The forms stink for residential purchase agreements and why can't we text our clients from our MLS app on our phones?
Automatic donation of $20 comes up on the invoice and then we have to make an effort to unselect that but then you do not offer payment by check method which would cost us less. But instead you only accept charges by credit card and $5 processing fee for that. Why other methods like direct payment by check or Zelle are not activated or why not eat up the $5 credit card processing fee?
