The staff is always unfailing polite. I had three people helping me on the chat just now, and they got me to where I needed to be. My thanks to them all.

I think the people at MainStreet do a nice job. They of course are also a victim of the NAR's transgressions in the past few years.

VERY RESPONSIVE TO MEMBERS NEEDS.
Send out info on Forewarn, Sentrilock login, etc on at least an annual basis. Not just something saying it's available, but something saying how to get your login info and showing the benefits of them. Also, I often don't seem to get my links for classes until last minute and have to call to get it. That may be an issue on my emails end, not sure.
I feel the fees for our board are extremely over priced. I’m licensed in other states and our fees are much lower. I am very dissatisfied with MORe.

Training, events, support, committees, forms and the commitment of protecting agents, buyers and sellers via their guidance!
It’s a waste of money. The amount we pay in accordance to what we actually use is not aligned. I find no value whatsoever. Half the time I’m on other websites. You’re running a monopoly.
