The dues and fees are exorbitant. You can't opt out of fees for what you don't use. The value for the money isn't there.
Dues are too much for what is provided and the number of members
So many inexperienced real estate agents when it comes to info. in the listing sheet. Inaccurate data when the listing is put in the system. I report violations often and don't hear if anything was done or if the listing agent was fined. We should all strive to be more professional in this profession.

My question is why in the heck would you bog us down with this stupid survey. And on a Saturday am we are all busy in a crazy market. And what did this cost?
Kind of expensive.
Once again there was a change made without letting agent and subscribers know. I went to pay my bill and the log in page had changed. And with that so did my saved password. PLEASE CEASE TO MAKE CHANGES TO THE MLS WITHOUT BROKER APPROVAL.

Website gets more complicated every year.
Paying dues and adjusting rpac payment is confusing .had to contact support to figure it out
Shouldn’t be complicated
Also don’t like getting 5 calls reminding to pay dues.
Government Affairs activity, educational offerings, Pro-standards enforcement, social activities
Services are user friendly and easy to navigate.
Rules are broken regularly by some mega broker agents/teams, seems like it doesn't get called out ,because they keep doing it.
The is no disclosure with a bill about a fee when credit card is used. Only at the time of submitting the payment.

To be honest I don't think the site is easy to use. I would like to see a web based site to be more user friendly and not have figure out how to find listings. If you don't use this all the time its hard to find your way around.
Even when sending a message via cell, it's not really working as designed. Someone already reached out to me and they didn't understand what I was trying to say.
You need testers that are users of the system to get the best product.
