MainStreet has a lot to offer membership compared to other boards. I think they offer a nice variety of education opportunities, both virtual and in-person. I would love to see them open a satellite office further west of the city though, perhaps the Naperville/Aurora/DeKalb area off the I88 corridor.
The help desk is wonderful and I could not do my business without it.
Easy to walk in and talk with someone at the office if you need help with lockboxes, etc.

Fee is too high
Great idea. Just keep raising those MLS fees. What's the matter? Aren't you making enough cash selling our hard earned listings to Zillow and everywhere else?
I do not appreciate being charged an additional $20 fee after paying $270 already. Times are tough right now, and I could not figure out how to take the $20 off!
