I really truly hate paying these unnecessary fees.
Bills are just getting too expensive
You have deceitful billing. Including a contribution to look like part of the bill is deception and especially after everything that NAR went through it just creates more negative reflections of who Realtors are. You have been doing this for decades and it is a shame. There is no other billing in any other industry that sneaks contributions into the bill like you do. After many complaints you have made changes yet still keep it hidden in the bill as a default..
Get rid of the fee for using a credit/debit card. It's 2026, not 1926, nobody wants to write a check and hand deliver it. You already nickel and dime us to death without this additional fee.
MLS is from the dark ages..... Customers don't like the searches we send to them. They prefer to go on Redfin, Zillow, etc.. to see listings.
Fees are high. I am an agent in Florida and our fees are much less.

There’s a genuine commitment to supporting their members, providing the education and resources needed to grow and succeed. And the staff? Simply the best, always showing up, always giving their all.
Fees are too high for seniors trying to make ends meet. At this point in my career, I recommend no one.

Fees are way too high for what is offered. This should be my go to learning platform for leading edge techologies and insights. When I'm looking for insights or to learn something new and advanced, cutting edge, MORE is never on the list of places I turn to.
I would love more classes near Chicago ,It was wonderful to see that I can take a class in Tinley Park instead of driving all the way to Downers Grove.
