I am not aware of any benefit I receive from main st, I am required to be a member but they provide literally zero support to my business in any way. I just get giant membership bills from them on a regular basis it feels essentially like a legalized scam system.
Services are great. Fee expenses are very difficult for Brokerages that are small.

I have always liked Mainstreet, I always use the forms because they organized and easy to fond the one your looking for. As the MLS it takes you 15 mins just to find the right one. At first I didn't like the new layout but I am used to it now. So it doesn't bother me.
Your fees are sky high for what we get and now you are opening up MLS to the public. Also stop adding RPAC to the bills

Just feel like as a new agent over the last two years I've stayed in the know with all the new developing laws and technology. I also feel like there's a team of people really fighting for us and making sure we have the help we need and knowledge to best help our clients.
Any time I need help, they provide what I need to move forward. I have never had any issues with the organizaiton.

On the payment of membership dues all of a sudden there is a $5.00 processing fee.
I can avoid the fee if I drive to their office which I can not because of Gasoline prices.
The payment should have a choice either echeck or credit card.

Sentrilock boxes are more than every other place in Chicagoland. Why?
You cannot pay for your fees online except by using a credit card. This is problematic if you are charging a flat rate fee to use said card. The option to pay via a checking account online should be made available.
