I think it's real dirty and sleazy.How you tack on the late fee even before the start of the business day
Complete and prompt info profided. Requests are easy to understand.
I would appreciate more notices regarding MLS due reminders to avoid late charges.
Also it would be great to see upcoming dates that fees are due so one can prepare for future payments.

I DON"T like your new web page, advertising popups, and contracts were easier to find before, now they are all mixed up. 
Don't forget the age of more than 50% of Realtors.
I think the website could be a lot easier to maneuver. Having a project manager/testing background I think that Mainstreet is slow to improve this site. It needs to become more user friendly and up to date on what the AI future can provide.

You didn’t disappoint. Just trying to cut down on my expenses and not sure I see the value you add other than MLS
I personally feel Mainstreet, IAR and NAR are way to expensive for the service that are provided to us.
There are random fees added to my invoices which are optional but not easily able to take them off
Every time I call for help Main Street is professional, helpful and very kind. As things keep changing and I being an older agent, I many times need to be walked through some of the changes. Main Street is always there for me and is always patient with me.
Fees are too high.
Need more accessibility for ALL realtors regardless of if your Full time or Part time. We all pay the same amount in Fees.
Have more events in Tinley Park which is closer for the members in chicago and certain suburbs out south..
Mainstreet fees too high. You keep raising fees while losing agents. With high interest rates and lower sales, the average agent is struggling to survive while Mainstreet continues to increase fees. Perhaps fees could be on a sliding scale based on agents's real estate income. That would be more fair and help some agents to stay in the business until things Improved for them. In life, we all have problems that befall us and prevent one from having the same volume. Family member requiring our full time care, death of spouse or child, medical expenses etc. After over 45+ years in the buy, I no longer believe in or have faith in Mainstreet caring about it's members

Fees are very high. I'm a senior citizen and getting ready to retire from RE. My fees are the same as the young, motivated agents that are selling million dollar properties. I can't keep up with today's technology where the buyers can view homes, make an offer, acquire a mortgage on-line and never have to speak to an agent. RE has changed and I no longer want to be a part of it.

The only reason someone signs up for your services is the use of the MLS.. all you guys do is waste money revamping a database over and over, and push DEI junk, and spam emails multiple times a day.
