He was kind, and very helpful.
I am very happy with services and classes you offer
Education is amazing. Everyone is very helpful.
The fees are unfortunately too high with little benefit.
Curious why our dues continue to rise and CEO and CFO salaries and outside compensation continues to rise as well?
Realtors have no say in the amount of dues we are charged. Who votes for/consents to pay raises for CEO and CFO?
Given the dues we pay, why are we being charged anything for classes ??
The public doesn't know what "realtor" means. Most citizens don't know how to properly spell "realtor," nor do they know how to properly pronounce the word.
What is Mainstreet doing to educate the public about buyers signing a contract with realtors to be represented? I'd like to see billboards, television commercials and social media spreading information about the changes DOJ requires. Maybe the Mainstreet public education budget should be built around public awareness instead of executive pay??
Very responsive to their members
Annual dues are outrageous! Not just Mainstreet but all over dues. Almost $800~
Very helpful and powerful
The service they supply and I always feel like I am updated on the changes that accrue daily.
Love the ease of getting updated forms.
The costs are exceptionally high for little perceived benefit. The technology used by MLS is poor relative to companies like Redfin or Zillow, which utilize their funds to produce technology customers want to use. Stop taking advantage of the people out there, making the money, and provide real service rather than roadblocks.
I want to be frank— after 33 years of paying in to NAR and all its subsidiaries…. I find zero value in this organization— this is not meant to say the people working for it are zero value but the organization as a whole I feel is sucking more money out of Agents, barely making it at this point, every single cost for Agents has gone exorbitantly up— while commissions have gone down— you would have to be crazy at this point to even get into real estate!
I never pay late fees with anything, somehow I seem to pay a late fee every single quarter. Text message reminders would be nice, or automatic billing without RPAC on there (I don't support any form of government lobbying)
Prompt Service, Very diligently resolve any issues. Times ahead in introduction of new helpful products, softwires and other educational courses.
Not enough value for the money paid
The dues have gotten out of hand especially as a secondary MLS, if you were my primary I could understand the higher price…
The communication before fees is not soon enough. Added fees that don't make sense. Changing the platform all the time. MLS has alway changed not always for the better
More involvement and information available to everyone
I like the training courses and help desk
FEES ARE TOO HIGH
The service is always excellent. I have always been able to get any help needed with a simple phone call! Very professional, pleasant staff!
Provide valuable platforms to support realtors.
As an appraiser your fees are insanely high. Why should I have to pay the same as a Realtor when I don't use all the services that they do. I hate paying for stuff I have no use for.
I do not see any benefit to belonging to this organization it just cost me money and your
fees keep rising while IN fees remain the same.
The lack of care to rerach out to members that struggle with generating sales is clear.
Because our property listings are provided to others. I think the fees are too high.
Not diverse enough. The organization does not look like the people it serve.
The fees are too expensive for the services I receive.
The work Mainstreet does and commits to continue to do with protecting homeowner rights.
