I never received a bill or a notice until I got an automated voicemail saying I'm late, there is an extra late fee and I was deactivated.

Good communication

You guys are too expensive from all aspects. And when it come to education you dont feel any shame even charging a $10 fee for something that should be provided free. As a matter of fact after charging heavy amounts as a membership dues there is nothing free whatever you provide but still you guys don't be shy to put charging even $10. The sentry locks are too expensive as well. It seems like Mainstreet assume treat every realtor as multi millions dollars producer when the fact is that most of the realtors are broke.

excellent service, communication, educational options and staff

Fees are way too expensive and only tailor to agents that are full time we all pay the same yet not given flexibility nor options to take classes in the evening hours when needed. Be fair to all

I appreciate Mainstreet REALTORS® for the valuable resources, education, industry updates, and professional support it provides to its members. I especially value having an association that keeps REALTORS® informed about changes affecting our profession and provides tools and training that help us better serve our clients and grow our businesses. I also appreciate Mainstreet’s advocacy on behalf of REALTORS® and the real estate industry.

Selling my information to every vulture possible. Ridiculous fees. Deceptive practices when taking PAC donations with dues/fees.

MLS services training .excellent customer support.

In the MLS - it is very hard to find what you need without calling the helpdesk or clicking on everything until you find it.

I am an agent , I have no saying on who to choose. I just don't want to pay fees.

Fee's are steadily increasing.

The fees charged by the association are excessive and the payment schedule is challenging at best. The December payment during the holidays is absolutely unholy, unscrupulous and unethical. The value in exchange is just not equitable. I have zero desire to have a membership to this organization with a documented history of discrimination against women and minorities. This organization consistently advocates for public policy detrimental to my community. The absolute ONLY reason I maintain my membership is for access to the MLS. Due to the illegal tie-in agreement that violates the Sherman Anti-trust Act, I have been FORCED to maintain this membership to enable my MLS access which is a trade tool for licensed brokers in this market area.

Expensive for nothing

How to import listing photos . I would like to import an entire file vs 1 by 1 . It lags etc . It’s very frustrating .

It is close to my residence, the website and customer service is easy to work with.

Too expensive, not reaching out to hear what the Realtor's need and expect. They are not fighting for our rights. Realtor's should unionize, better representation for the work we do. Everyone has their hand in our pockets as independent contractors. You have failed us, it's all about the money, streamline your budgets, personal and facilities. Money spent on gala's, and stuff that is not important. This organization is exactly like the government, they don't care about the Realtor they want the money. I have never missed an annual dues and this year your robo calling 5 days befor they are due and sending emails like your going out of business and I am a delienquent for not paying earlier? WTH! I will drawn interest in my account before giving it to you to draw interest. Money, money, money. I have over 20 years ib this business and we make nothing, look at mortgage lenders living in expensive homes and driving nice cars. Stop picking our pockets.

You charge way to much for what you do with the MLS

Can't think of anything not to like at this time.

It’s getting too expensive to be a real estate broker with all the fees to all the associations you’re mandated to pay for. And the fees never go down.

I'm Thankful for a very organized, efficiently run organization. I haven't learned enough about all the benefits and opportunities that come along with my membership so for me to comment on how MainStreet could be better would be irresponsible.
