Engaging and educational events
The new procedure for October fest is very disheartening we pay our dues and for all the years I've been a member this has always been complimentary. It adds value to the community and Foster's relationships with vendors. To charge a fee if not signed up in time is surprising.
The CE is excellent.
Mainstreet does a stellar job of keeping us informed, protecting us, and keeping us up to date on current matters, and always in the best interest of the members and the clients thereof. The innovation and technology provided by Mainstreet is crucial to our continued success. There’s nothing short of fabulous here at Mainstreet! I always learn something new when I participate with anything to do with Mainstreet.
As a Professional Standards Committee member, I have grown tremendously intellectually and personally, and I owe much of this to the people that work so hard to help us in this industry. As a part time REALTOR I don’t get the benefit of classes and other activities because they are only offered during 9 - 5 business hours. I pay the same dues and fees as full time REALTOR’S and I’m disappointed that I’m not considered important enough to be included in your scheduling. I’ve made this point several times and clearly it falls on deaf ears. I provide the same services as full time REALTORS to the Buyers, Sellers and Investors that I work with yet I don’t have access to the resources they have access to. Just call me disappointed!

The people mostly...
The programs? Not so much... I always have difficulties. They should work easier then they do. I shouldnt have to figure them out. I should be able to click / respond / achieve and then be Happily on my way -yet it seems I always have issues. AND YES - it probably is me - but your programs should be adapted to assist individuals such as myself. It is good you have OL-LINE ASSISTANCE.
