Prompt response
I stopped at the Mainstreet office the other day to buy new batteries for my Sentrilocks. I was surprised at the prices of the batteries as it had increased since the last time I had purchased them. We discussed the issues with Sentrilock and the secretary there (she was filling in for the regular secretary) was explaining some of the benefits of using the Sentrilocks and also informed me of some things I did not know about using the locks. It was very informative and will definitely help me in the future. She took the time to explain it to me and I appreciated that.

the one day codes are a problem
Only belong because of your monopoly on MLS.
Not allowing one day codes for our sentriboxes without polling the members was just wrong. Those of us in the northern suburbs feel disenfranchised.
