Always get immediate answers when there are questions or problems!
Let members update their profile. The system uses my fax number as my office number, I've made repeated request to fix with no avail for the past 10 years.

I like the education programs being offered at Arlington Heights and Libertyville. These locations are much closer than Downer's Grove.

When we pay for our assoc. dues please don't add that extra donation, you don't see it until you pay and receive the detail statement what you are getting charged for. There should be a separate screen asking specifically for that if we want to donate or not, not to be added into automatically and THEN we can choose to remove it. I feel scammed personally. I donate willingly not when it's sneaky like that.

I don't believe Mainstreet understands the difficulty of being an agent these days, i.e., a lot more work, learning lots of new things all of the time, and quite frankly; when am I suppose to step away from the computer to put a deal together. I could work on my computer 24/7. So I call about one item that I'm upset with and I'm told to write an email. Can't any just record my issue/concern, my ID number, add a date and put it on the pile with hopefully the many other complaints of the same a nature?
