How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The attendance of the orientation and training at your organization shouldn't
Be soly based on a Passcode that gives out
At the last moment while people are standing up and leaving.
I spent the whole day there for Lynn Madison
Lecture but my attendance didn't count simply
Because I missed the last minute Passcode. Even though
I have many evidences showing my attendance including witnesses
And my on-site membership payment receipt.

What could we do to improve?

I believe that retainers should be taken at the start of working with clients and mred should adopt that, as California real estate organizations do. Also I think fsbo,s should not be allowed to list their property in mls with exclusive agency.
