range of services, price
I love the response received from inquiries. I feel like the association is there for me and not vice versa. I like the classes as well. BUT I dont like being sold anything in the classes.
User friendly and easy to navigate.
I was told that my account would be updated and the first time late fee would be waived. Neither were done and I almost had a $250 fine from MRED due to lack of photos on a listing that I could not access. Hoping this does not happen again.

staff, service and cost value
It would be hard to recommend MOR to a friend or associate who wasn't making Real Estate their full-time career. Many people get their licenses in evening and weekend classes and since most of our customers also work during the day, real estate is often not a 9 to 5 business. Offering classes and webinars almost exclusively during traditional work hours without remote access that could allow members to attend remotely and not have to drive to an office or even log in and follow along on their lunch break has made it hard to enrich my real estate career without having to abandon my day job.

Mainstreet does a good job with education and all-around services.
With that said, it's surprising that Mainstreet would also make the awful, ridiculous, and detrimental decision to ban one-day codes. Agents are forced to get around this by using alternative methods. When these other methods won't work for that situation, our clients lose showings and other agents laugh at us for being so incompetent as to not even be able to show a house we're trying to sell.

In the time that I have been a member of Mainstreet I have experienced a team committed to helping its members reach their goals. I have taken many classes in the pass and intend to take more classes in the future. Regina Jordon and the education team are Fabulous. Regina has kept me up to date on classes that I knew I was interested in taking and classes that I knew nothing about. She has coordinated with other boards to ensure that my desires were realized into accomplishments. I found myself without access to a Sentri lockbox ( I forgot my key at the office :-( ). Regina connected me to Teresa and she walk we through until my ipad gained me access, Teresa never complained about my multiple calls back to her. When I called Sentri directly they were not Helpful at all. When the client expects to see a property and you can't get access, it is not a good day.
