high fees. I also receive so many communications that I many time delete them without reading them. Communicate less often but highlight important info.

The cost is way too high and continues to go up. There should be inefficiencies of scale, time, technology, etc.

Many services make it easy to recommend to another Realtor. When asked for Realtor products I always say, "Have you checked with MORE?"

why do I have to part of a realtor organization to have mls access? give me mls access without having to pay association dues...
