At this point, I am not aware of needed improvements for Mainstreat Organization of Realtors.
Mainstreet offers many more programs for education and Career Development than other associations.
Its a great association that I've embraced to help expand my business and personal friendships.
I always try to keep the recommendation within MORE. Great job!

I like the variety of classes and the responsiveness of everyone I interact with at the association.
To be very honest, I feel like we are a burden. By nature, we do not have a choice in choosing the association and i feel like member service is lost. Prior to real estate, I came from an association that worked hard to attract, serve and retain members. The difference in attitude is clear here. Specifically, when we have questions or concerns, calls are not returned or they staff is curt and borderline rude. I get realtors are a unwieldy bunch but customer service is lacking. Maybe more incentives for good service?
That normally I am able to contact someone immediately to get an answer to my concerns or questions.
Figure out a better way to use the Sentrilock system. Our inability to generate one day codes and the fact that card renewal is every day gives us less of an advantage than competing boards such as NSBAR. Everything should be uniform.

I like having quick access to forms on your site. Everyone I've spoken with when I've called has been friendly, efficient, and helpful. The app could be better. It would be very helpful to be able to see my transactions.
I like how the shows are so well attended and how each realtor must visit each booth. There's great participation by both realtors and affiliates.

Quick, respectful responses from your staff when asking questions about sentri-cards, services, etc.
Haven't really used it yet.
If another agent complains about another not returning calls as far as showings and so forth. Please talk to other agent first to get their of the story before imposing warnings and notices. I find it disturbing when an agent accuses and has no merit. Especially, when the board sides with that person right away without any knowledge and agent complaining has nothing better to do.
The association to their credit works hard to solve issues. By far this is the best association I have been part of and I would highly recommend Mainstream.
I would like to have your Arlington Heights office to have a store again..It was very convenient for a lot of agents up here in the North+Western burbs...
