Allow one day codes for sentrilock.
There are too many illegitimate bedroom counts in basements and corrections are not made. I made a call into the help desk a couple of weeks ago to ask what is the difference between lower and basement. I was told that if it 50% below grade then it is a basement. The gentleman at the help desk sited a case when the lady agent had listed a home not including a basement bedroom. The seller had complained about his listing, cancelled it and re listed with a male agent. He listed the bedroom in the basement as lower and the house sold. He said 'who cares' because the house got sold. I truly believe that the only time a bedroom, family room etc should be listed as lower is only if the house is a split-level.
Friendly, helpful staff
All very good; attention to detail; prompt responses.
The focus on members and providing the best possible return on my dues investment.
