I have the benefit of living in Arlington Heights and get to pop into the Mainstreet Office if I ever have questions, want to pay invoices or buy Sentrilocks...the AH Mainstreet staff are always so friendly and very willing to help. I've also always enjoyed any classes I've taken with Mainstreet (Lynn Madison is an amazing presenter). If I have an online question, the response time is prompt, and the website gives me everything I could possibly need! Thanks!
