Availability
The lack of one day code problem is affecting all of our listing. Realtors are now using combo boxes that are not safe & the seller's have no idea how much they have been compromised. Mainstreet should send a notice to all of our seller's explaining their position.

This association has always been helpful to their fellow realtors/members. I like their continued education classes along with other education issues that are shared with the membership. The entire staff is knowledgeable and helpful when issues arise that need assistance or explaination. Mainstreet also hosts special events at different venues, which are a pleasure to attend. great supporter of RPAC. Thank you Mainstreet Oragnization of Realtors for what you do.

The fees are outrageous especially the end of year fees. Not good time of the year to pay so much at one time.

I don't like you making arbitrary decisions without the input of the members. You took away the one day codes from our lock boxes thus causing us more work and problems and making it less secure for our sellers when we have to put on a combo box. Also your dues have become quite high.

The website is easy to use. Filling out contracts online and finding all the current forms needed for transactions makes everything
efficient. Also, easy tracking for continuing education and signing up for classes.

I ma very disappointed in the manner that decisions are made that affect the entire population. Namely the Sentri-lock issue. But there have been other issues where the board makes decisions and we as members are not aware until it's already written in stone.
