Help is always clear and politely given.
I'm not sure how I would recommend the Organization anyway. If you are a Realtor in the region, you don't have an option. With regard to the service, it is fine, but I don't sense a strong commitment to benefit Realtors other then to enforce regulations. The fees also come at a bad time of year.
You are thorough and organized.
Major decissions over years have been made without member input. Specifically my best examole of a worst case was the conversion to Sentrilock's electronic lock boxes years ago without member choice. Then subsequent failure of the same boxes now out of warranty needing to be replaced at a considerable cost. The attitude is clear. They are old. What did you expect? deal with it!
I have been an office manager through the whole process. Still remember the change was announced as a matter of fact and membership could do nothing to change the decission. It's a prevailing attitude that we need to be told what is right for us.
Vendors are constantly being selected without membership input. We are told not asked.

I haven't always been given good answers when I have made an inquiry. For instance, how do I put the sale of a business without real estate, but with a sublease, into the MLS? I list quirky properties that don't always fit the mold. I also would like the option of listing a property in more than one category, like a farm that had a residence, agricultural land and a used car lot.
You don't disappoint at ALL. I just don't ever have the opportunity to recommend it.
We call association we get answer right away and we need not call many time to get answers.

I had a very pleasant and professional experience, on my last visit. I was there to pay my d yearly membership fees, and to get a print-out of my 2014 expense payments. The representative from the payment dept. was very helpful. I commend the association for peole like her. Thanks again!

I like the weekly emails from more with training opportunities and great real estate related articles.
GREAT
the people, always very nice and always helpful. I like taking classes and that the classes are free or only $10.....I think that is why the turnout is so good. I think the employees from the people answering the phones to staff in person for class are all really very good.
