How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

In the age of technology, Mainstreet's technology continues to suffer. You need to improve your user experiences with technology. For example, when using the MLS, why can't I open a second window. This lack of ability hampers my efficiency and effectiveness.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I don't have much contact with the entity, other than paying my annual and MLS fees it is very rare that I speak to anyone there or for that matter use your website. I am not saying you are good and I am not saying you are bad and therefore I remain neutral.
