Not honoring time commitment to restore account access
Fees are out of sight and I find very little value in your service you just collect what we input and not much else.
It is just a waste of money and How come I have to be part of your organization? Which part of the world , a private organization charging me a lot without bring me any financial return.
Helpful when I have issues and call the help desk.
I am new to Mainstreet, having been with Three Rivers for 20 years. Most of my office changed once you announced the enforcement of requiring being a member to use Mainstreet forms. I totally understand this, and don't blame you at all, but the change has been pretty stark. All new numbers and changing lockboxes etc have been daunting, but have been done. However, I seem to be behind in the fees dead lines. I don't know if I am not getting news letters, or emails, but I am always alerted to the required dues too late and they have been late more often than not. Being more diligent on my part aside, I was comfortable getting the newsletters and notices from 3 Rivers. Of course 3 Rivers being local to my office, and being able to stop by, knowing the girls at the desk, and having that personnel relationship is missed. Mainstreet seems big and distant, not only in miles but from a personal standpoint. Time should help, and as I become more familiar with the changes, I think and hope it will get better.
Very Professional and Concise
When I am not sure of the correct use of the listing criteria and where to put certain features of the home, someone is always able to help.
The one thing I do not like is that a lot of agents do NOT put the subdivision in which can be very helpful. We always try to do it.
It will be nice to have a grace period to pay fees instead of the instant late fee.
I hate that you guys always include the donation on our bill and make us do the work to take it off. Why not leave it off and put a box were if someone wants to donate, they can write how much there.
Love the quality of service and the exceptional efforts that the entire staff puts to help every time.
Well for starters.....your staff always is pleasing when we call and very professional when handling our requests.

The outreach they do with their members us second to one. I have personally seen how Mainstreet goes out and connects with realtors. I am part of NAHREP Dupage County and to have our local realtor association be such a part of our mission is a game changer.
Realtor fees local state and national are too high
Why are we paying so much, every few months and annually and what are we getting? I spend more on membership fees with Main St than I earn a an agent yet I receive nothing from Main St in order to succeed
The association ability to have the forms ready if there are any changes and the very knowledgeable teachers.
Very organized and I love this organization. Very easy to take classes and the support is amazing...success guaranteed with this organization.

It should be one annual fee. Dues are always at wrong time. Same time as rent and other bills due.
