Your staff is knowledgeable, helpful and willing to assist. People are pleasant and respectful in how they communicate and provide direction and assistance. I have never been made to feel as if I've asked a stupid question, even if I think I have. High quality caring staff.

You need to leverage your services with Zillow, younger generations gets properties for sale or rent information faster from them as well they offer services that we do not have even beeing Realtors
The fact that agents and their sellers can drag out offers for over a week is ridiculous. My clients submitted a full asking price offer, waived inspection, they may be waiving appraisal if fha appraisal holds up, the home is in disarray and my clients said they will accept the home as it stands and do the cleanup. The only ask was a seller concession towards closing costs and they are not asking for the commission to be paid by the seller either. This is not a reasonable amount of time! Offer sent 3/15/25, still have not received, accepted, countered, or declined. Also, private listing status is being abused and lastly, taking a listing off of the market and the same listing agent relists it minutes, hours or the next day and it comes up as a new listing is also an abuse. So worried about words to describe a property that we ignore blatant rules being broken. Very frustrating.

I was trying to pay my fee and it only had the $490 option. I wanted the option of 2 payments and couldn't change it, so I tried to chat and nobody was there on Saturday, so I sent an email. I never heard from anybody so I just paid the full amount. There should be an option to change it, just because I paid in full last year doesn't mean I want to do that every year.

I've left voice mail messages in the past and haven't received return calls. So, responding to inquiries would help improve score.

I’ve not been a part of any other organization other than MS but I feel that for what I utilize.. it’s expensive. Payment is due in December for over 600.00 ., every March & September and additional 250.00. It’s expensive.
The professionalism of all agents and board members that I have met and also The ongoing training to better my services for my clients.

if it wouldnt be mandatory to have access to MLS, I would not be a member as I do not see any value. Hopefully someone starts a class action suit for antitrust violation for tying the services and we wont have to in the future.

It's very easy to navigate and find all sorts of resources. Finding the classes can be a little difficult but they can be found usually chronological in a row

Too expensive for the value provided
We should be able to share website links to properties like you can share a Zillow link. School data, property size, and many more of the fields should be required to be filled out because many buyers have search criteria for certain schools and sized lots.
