I have a difficult time navigating your website. I wanted last years expenses to send to my accountant but I couldn’t find that information.
I find that employees are unavailable, 90% of the time calls go to voicemail. The last several times I have called , the people I have spoken to either didn't know the answer to my question and didn't follow up or sounded like they just didn't want to be bothered. I'm not the only one, other agents agree the quality of service is way down. It would be helpful to hire people who somewhat understand the business. Thank you.
I’ve never dealt with a positive agent with a positive attitude at main street

The staff is always helpful with MLS questions and legal questions.
It simply doesn't meet expectations.
Help with realtors who sell a tenth or twenty of big fulltime realtor in their expenses which get devided equality with the expenses a full time realtor gets from the smaller brokers. Maybe smaller brokers may stay longer than quitting because they have many of same exspences of the larger ones who benefit from the small ones paying a big part of the load.

PS.. Don't get me wrong Mike Gober is the best managing broker I worked for in the last 30 years.I can be called and talked to on how I feel. My opinion can be told to anyone.

The Mainstreet disappoints me with high fees and little value. To fix it, lower fees, offer practical tools like data analytics or modern marketing resources, and be transparent about how dues help us. Show you care about realtors, not just revenue.
You sell my phone number to those who try to sell me insurance and keep waiting my to donate to RPAC. I don’t understand why you always make sure that $25 donation is already there. It feels like a trick every time I see it.
The staff is always very professional, knowledgable and informative. I also love the reminder phone calls.

With the new changes on compensation and manditory buyer agency agreements, again, I'm not understanding how Private Listings are benefitting our industry. We now have buyers who are pressured more to sign buyer agency agreements, told that they now have to pay a buyer broker compensation, if the broker can't get it from the seller, yet their hands are tide when a private listing comes up with a sign in front of the house. We then have to explain to them that we can share the listing with them and in many cases we can't show them the house. Then when my clients drives past the home on a weekend they see that an open house is going on. Again, how is this benefitting our industry? I think Private Listings should be eliminated.
Make it easier to be the expert don’t give away all professional information to the public it is diminishing our position.
