Quick responses, and easy to do business with very professional
employees, compared to Chicago Association of Realtors it is
like NIGHT and day. Personally speaking I don't know how CAR
stays in business.

Fees to be a member are extremely high. I'm not sure why? Would help to have fees spread through year.

I have never been a part of another Realtor association, but I can't imagine one more organized, user-friendly, and all-encompassing. I have consistently been thrilled with the level of service and professionalism this association has shown.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Change lock box code policy. Increase fines for giving out codes to $5000 with 6 month loss of MLS privileges.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Not allowing one day codes for Sentrilocks. Never really understood why this process stopped. Make things right...allow one day codes or an electronic alternative. Thanks for asking the question.
