I was very happy to receive the voice mail notice for my bill payment. I usually try to pay when I receive them. This one I let slip and probably would have received a late payment if I had not received the voice message reminder.
This is only one very small example of the many services that show that MORE is looking out for their members.
Wow, I just (like a minute ago) phoned your offices and told the nice woman who answered the phone how wonderful I thought it was that we had an automatic phone system that reminded me to pay my quarterly dues. I interact with soooo many organizations that claim that I'm important while keeping me on hold, or just seem to put up with whatever, MORe and all employees that I've EVER interacted with seem like friends or family that really care! I'd be willing to bet that turn over is low because everyone seems to enjoy there jobs. Usually, when I phone, I'm phoning with a problem, they are always solved with grace and humor. Thanks.

As an appraiser, The NAR and local Realtor Organizations force us to pay as much as huge Realty Firms, take our money and then use it to fight us politically. I could not recommend these organizations to anyone other than Realtors whom also have little choice.

Please reconsider the one day code for MORE agents...Find another way to require agents to be required to purchase a sentrilock card to participate in the showing of local properties
It's not a matter of disappointing me. I just don't know why I would recommend MORe. If someone would like to become a Realtor in our area, they have to join. It's like asking whether I would recommend NICOR gas to a friend. What other choice is there? If they want gas service (or, in this case, to sell real estate), that's what you do.
Cost
When ever I call about something, which is rarely, I am always certain that I will have to leave a voice mail. I find the fact that the call is never answered annoying.

What I like about association services is that it is very knowledgeable about what realtors need to do their job in an ever changing real estate market.

I've had nothing but issues trying to pay my fees on time and if I get charged a late fee, I will rethink my membership. It should not be this hard to pay a fee online when I've never had a problem with any online payments.
Staff is friendly, and processes are streamlined.
I am not happy I pay sentrilock dues and now have to purchase sentrilock lock boxes at an additional cost. While some agents got theirs for free. My fee has stayed the same and I now get less benefits. Very unfair.
